Data we process

  • Website use. Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed may be processed when you visit the Website.
  • Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, and message content, so we can respond to your enquiry.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website (for example, which pages are visited and how the site performs). Analytics cookies and related scripts are only loaded after you have given consent through our cookie banner (Cookiebot). Until you consent, analytics measurement is not activated for your visit in that respect.

Cookiebot

We use Cookiebot by Usercentrics A/S to show a cookie consent banner, store your consent choices, and block non-essential cookies and scripts until you opt in where required. Cookiebot may process data such as your consent state and a technical identifier; see Cookiebot’s documentation for details.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on appropriate legal bases, which may include: consent (e.g. analytics and non-essential cookies), performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract (e.g. responding to your project enquiry), and legitimate interests (e.g. securing and improving the Website), balanced against your rights.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, or security requirements, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing and transfers

We use service providers that may process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, or consent management). Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country, for example the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP).

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
